How long does family island shipping take?

Depending on your location, when your order is placed and the weather, our average shipping time is 1-3 business days.

 
Do you ship to the Abaco Cays?

Yes we also ship to the cays. Depending on when your order is placed, boat availability and the weather, orders are sent the same day it is placed. Just provide the time and which boat you’d like your item shipped on in the order notes. 

Can I make a return?

Yes, returns are allowed for items returned undamaged and in its original condition. There are no returns on accessories and swimwear. Our return window is 15 days after purchase for shipped items. For delivery/pickup items the return window is 48 hours.

What are your store hours?

Our operational hours are 9am-8pm Monday through Thursday, 9am-9pm Friday and Saturdays and 9am-6pm on Sundays.  Weekend delivery ends at 8pm and we’re closed on major holidays. 

Do you only accept orders using your website?
