Policies

Shipping returns 

Items must be returned within 15 days after purchase. Returns on clothing must be returned in a new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unaltered condition and have original tags attached and hygiene sticker. 

For returns on shoes, items must be returned new, unworn, undamaged condition with the original box. Shoes must be tried only on a soft, clean surface. 

There are no returns on accessories. 

Delivery/ Pickup Returns

Items must be returned within 48 hours of purchase. Returns on clothing must be returned in new unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unaltered  condition and must have original tags attached and hygiene sticker. 

For returns on shoes items must be returned in new unworn, undamaged condition with original box. Shoes must be tried only on a soft clean surface.

There are no returns on accessories.
