Policies

Shipping Returns

Items must be returned within 15 days after purchase. Returns on clothing must be returned in new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered condition and have original tags attached and the hygiene sticker.

 

For returns on shoes, items must be returned in new, unworn, undamaged condition with the original box. Shoes must be tried only on a soft, clean surface.

There are no returns on accessories.

Delivery/Pickup Returns

Items must be returned within 24 hours of purchase. Returns on clothing must be returned in new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered condition and have original tags attached and the hygiene sticker.

Delivery Policy

Delivery is only confirmed when an address has been sent to our provided contact number. Same-day delivery Cut off time is 6:15 pm EST. 

Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued only after eligible items have passed the quality check and are returned within the appointed time frame as stated in the policy. For items that pass the quality check refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return package. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. If any issue occurs, please contact us immediately.

Cancelation Policy

All orders can be canceled within 24 hours after they're placed.
